How long does shipping take? Shipping typically takes 6-8 days, excluding weekends.

Why does shipping take so long? Every item is meticulously crafted to order, enabling us to provide you with the most competitive prices.

Shipping Details: If you haven't received your purchase within three weeks, please notify us. Buyers assume duties and customs costs for international orders.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**

Your order is expected to arrive within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues with UPS or USPS. Any concerns regarding delivery, including lost packages, must be addressed directly with the carrier, as we are not a shipping service provider. Carriers are responsible for claims and locating packages.

After placing your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing times unless otherwise specified in the product description. As some items are made to order at our headquarters, we must verify that all payments are successful and not fraudulent before fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from shipping time, which begins only after fulfillment.

We use third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping. To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your address is entered accurately and includes all necessary details, such as street numbers, abbreviations, building names, and apartment numbers. Pieces By Sir Anthony LLC and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. Once a package leaves our headquarters, we have no control over its delivery. For assistance with your package, please contact the carrier listed in your confirmation email or text.

If you refuse to accept your package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering reshipping fees to have the package sent back to you.
