Note: Orders can be canceled only before a tracking number is issued. Once a tracking number has been provided, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you find that any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can promptly assess and resolve the issue.

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES:

If you dispute a purchase after placing an order, we will initiate an investigation with your bank. Please note that we are not responsible for any funds lost if the bank's decision is in our favor.
